Road from Glennallen to Palmer

Quick little update, we arrived in Tok on July 2, after leaving Beaver Creek in the morning. We took on fuel at the Great Northern fuel station. We stopped there in 2015, because they have a dump, water and car wash for free after you purchase your fuel. You are also allowed to dry camp in the  back.

After a quick bite and stop in the grocery store we were back on the road, as we had a date in Palmer. We arrived in Palmer on the 3rd of July, in time to see the Venables and Hyder's. We stayed in Palmer for 2 nights allowing washing clothes and taking on some much needed supplies.

Our location where we stayed for 2 nights was the Palmer Elks Lodge. 30amps, and place to get water all for $35 a night. Same price for dry camping. This also allowed us to catch up on news of what was going on. On Tuesday we had a surprise, as Tom & Sue Rogers showed up. Seems they left Danila a day earlier, due to an appointment in Anchorage on Wed.

More later, as to what we are doing. Currently we are staying on a pull-out just east of Hope, Ak. I will catch you up with why we are here and not at a campground.

We are watching the Bore Tide, thru window while it is raining.
