A day in the life of the Propane Furnace

So our furnace is 13 years old and lately we have been having issues with it staying lit. But I finally realize that even it needs some PM work.

What you say, PM work, what could possible be required for PM work?

Well look at the photos and you can see for yourself. So I recommend that at the age of 7 you change out the electro / sensor.
