Alright, so what about Idaho Falls. Well, first it is right on the Snake River. The river passes right thru it. With many walking and cycling paths next to it. There is also a series of falls, which power hydro-dams. These falls were built back in the 80's, and continue to this day generating electricity.
I am not going into the Nuclear facility within 45 miles, so don't ask.
Our spot was located just a few miles south of downtown. Called South Tourist Park (Press Here for Info), a city park.
$15 a night dry camping with a common dump and water.
