Yep, that's what I wrote. Friend Nebraska, somehow we ended here. Yes, I know, I have not written anything, since we landed in St. Charles, IL.
Not only that, but I removed myself from the Honey-Do list. Some of you would say, But Dale, you're at Dana & Michaels place. You always do things around the house. Well this year, I am practicing the word No. Confidently I did help out and do small things. Our first place we stayed was the Kane County Fair Grounds. Simple and easy, however we only stayed a couple of days. Susan with Dana's help we moved over to Paul Wolfe County Campground and arrange for 14 days at $21/night. With the right words from Dana, we were able to extend our stay to July 6th. Where upon we moved back to the fairgrounds, for our remaining stay.
Anyway, we woke up, broke camp and moved North to the West side of Burlington, WI.
Exactly where ? to a Family farm outside of Burlington. Wayne, tried to setup a small rally going into the Oshkosh Fly-in. However no takers. It truly was a great place, to stay for a few days. Weather was good, we had access to water, place to dump the GRAY water. If really need be a place back in Burlington for the black.
For those of you, who were thinking about going to Oshkosh, this is a Great Place to Rally and then go in. YOU PEOPLE MISSED IT.
Anyway, it was time to leave and head West. But that is for the next blog post, where many things happen along the way, which I will write about
