Well, well, well, it has been quite awhile since I posted.
Not alot has really happen, Susan is prepping for yearly trip to Chicago area to see family, Susan decided to try flying out of Palm Springs, Ca. this time. We have completed setting up the Happy Lot. Susan has been busy on the Park model lot, and keeping the Cavco ready to rent. I installed a gate opener for the vehicle gate. I completed installation of the 2nd re-circulation pump under the kitchen sink.
I am winding down my part time business, I have one unit left to complete. For me it is NOT about the money. Susan I asked I do this, and I am.
I applied to the Navajo county sheriff as a volunteer, scheduling a interview and finger prints for Jan.
I am currently working as a volunteer with the Yuma County Sheriff. We will see how this works outs. Susan asked me why. I explained this gives me a purpose. It is something I want to do. I arranged my time to give a min., 2 days a week, with a min of 8 hrs a day. Are their issues, yes.
Rudy & Beata have arrived and setup, along with their new puppy, Henna. Susan has helped them with their installation of their cowboy kitchen. Sebastian, arrived on Friday from Dallas.
Dave and Willie Rypma arrived from Canada and are staying on the Cavco lot, currently they are back in Canada for the holidays with family. Dave has the first development unit of the Replacement AC heat-pump thermostat completed. We discuss the design and options. When he is back, I will complete the second unit and install it.
Jeff and Linda arrived and have been working on their lot.
We have not done much walking with Dakota as she injured her front left leg, so she has been on the injured list. But, this week we starter taking short walks to get her back up to speed.
Finished the Recirculation pump under the kitchen sink.

ReplyDeleteThat was quite a year. Denise and I have been with the Sun City Posse www.suncityposse.org for a little more than a year now. It's been rewarding for us. We don't carry guns. If they want me to get into a gun fight, they will have to pay me what they pay a deputy. Thirty years ago I was a volunteer firefighter/EMT until I got severely injured. It felt good to be back in uniform helping people. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
It is always interesting and delightful to read about your activities. You are always uplifting and motivating. Hope to see you very soon. Steve and Jan Wopershall
